DWG: I have a question for you based on everything you just said. In your mind, and you’ve got a lot of experience as a prosecutor before taking the bench…
JC: And a defense attorney too.
DWG: And a defense attorney.
JC: I did a lot…
DWG: Even more experience on the bench being neutral and detached and hearing both sides. What do you think its worth?
JC: Well I think that you get, you, get better dispositions than most attorneys in these types of cases so I think… That it’s hard for me to calculate that. I think that, generally, it would be worth a wet but I think that you get better dispositions so that’s the tipping point.
DWG: Are we on the record?
JC: Yeah, I think you do. I think you get better dispositions. But that’s what I think its worth. But I don’t know what Mr. Barnes thinks it worth.
